Termination

Licenses

  • For clarification: You retain ownership of all user submitted content, with the exceptions of brewery and beer descriptions. However, by submitting content to 97bottles, you grant 97bottles a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the user submitted content in connection with the 97bottles website and 97bottles (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the 97bottles website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the 97bottles a non-exclusive license to access your user submitted content through the website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such content as permitted through the functionality of the website and under these Terms of Service.   • You agree that 97bottles owns all brewery and beer information, such as beer-related content taken directly from a brewery's website, even though such information may be collectively edited by 97bottles members.

  • You must be 21 (twenty-one) or older to register as a member of 97bottles.
