A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. It’s truly a micro that finishes crisp, clean, and smooth.

Manny’s is one of my favorite every day beers. Great taste, light enough to have a few, crisp finsh. A great example of a nice pale ale.

Nice pale ale, with hoppiness bordering on IPA. Slightly bitter but extremely drinkable.

For me, Manny’s is a bit to bitter to make it into my regular rotation. That said, it’s a fine local (seattle) beer and much prefer it to a particular drinking buddies beer-of-choice. A great session beer.

It has a beautiful malt sweetness followed by a strong hop kick. Each flavor is very distinct but they don’t fight with each other. There’s not much mystery in the flavor, you get everything up front with a quick colorful aftertaste. Manny’s isn’t really complex but it’s balance of great flavors makes it one of my favorites.

This was one of the first 3 beers I had when I first got to Seattle. (The others were Mac n Jack (?) and, well, I’ve forgotten.)
Anyway, the first was unbelievably delicious. Great aftertaste, so smooth; a great session?
I will say, though, that results may vary. My second or third glass wasn’t as good as the first, but 90% of the time, it’s great.
- Characteristics: awesome crisp lingering finish
