The roasted soba makes for a reall satisfying toasty flavor. I also pick up a faint “green” flavour, as if someone had dropped in a handful of alfalfa sprouts during the brewing process. But not in a bad way. I would happily drink this one again.

    Characteristics: alfalfa green toasted

This one has a distinctive roasted Soba flavor, which I quite enjoyed. Light and definitely what I call a one bottle brew. I wouldn’t typically drink more than one of these, but I would definitely enjoy that first one.

    Characteristics: foamy light soba

Great taste that has you taking consecutive sips to distinguish and separate the flavor notes amongst the soba. Not one to have over and over, but one I come back to every now and again.

    Characteristics: fresh soba toasty
