There was something about this beer that I couldn’t place my finger on. It was an okay stout, but seemed to lack the complexity of flavors I tend to enjoy in a stout. It is definitely along the lines of a typical (American) Irish Stout. There was some sweetness there that I didn’t expect, tasted almost like there was milk chocolate rather than the typical dark chocolate in the stouts I really enjoy.
- Characteristics: espresso malty milk chocolate

This is quite possibly the best beer I’ve ever had, but it’s not for the faint of heart! It’s much stronger than most beers, and very dark. It has the strongest chocolate taste I’ve ever had from a beer.
- Characteristics: chocolate coffee dark strong
