Pours gold with a quick head with no lacing. Aroma is fruity with a hint of alcohol. Tastes is sweet, malty and dry; the finish is slightly hoppy bitter.

Another reason why I love Flying Dog Brewery - this is a great beer! Deep gold color without much of a head. Sweet, fruity aroma followed by a complex, warming taste. Malty sweet with a quick finish. If all Belgian ales were like this, I could become a big Belgian Ale fan. Another tip ‘o the hat to Flying Dog!
- Characteristics: crisp sweet warming
