floral aroma
taste is sweet and hoppy. A great balance between the two. It’s an even better balance with the alcohol. Considering it’s 7.5% and no sign of it in the taste.
mouthfeel is kind of heavy. very nice.

Another great brew from Lagunitas and one of my new favorites. Pours rich copper color with a medium head, but the key word here is balance. The taste is very complex - bready sweet, with a hoppy bite. This is one beer I could drink a lot of. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a hearty, balanced IPA.
- Characteristics: balanced bready fabulous hoppy malty
