A little hoppy with no aftertaste and it’s got a great mouth feel, too. If you want a beer to go with dinner without stealing the show or interfering with the flavors on your plate: Scrimshaw is it.

North Coast is a great brewery, and Scrimshaw is hands down one of my favorite beers around - maybe because it is so simple. No complex tastes or flavors with this one…just a good light beer that is very refreshing and tastes great.

Pretty expensive by the six pack for a domestic microbrew, but worth it. Especially on hot nights.

Definitely among the best pilsners I’ve had. A truly flavorful summer beer! Light, hoppy (for a pilsner) and refreshing. A great brew!

Great beer for hot days. I put this on tap about two weeks ago and people have really enjoyed it. Light and crisp. Very drinkable. Not filling. Finishes clean.
