I can’t say I’m a fan. While it’s a competent beer, the apple flavour really doesn’t seem to contribute in meaningful way; it feels like it ought to be more up front, and maybe even sweeter than it already is.
My advice is skip this one in favour of a pomme lambic from Lindeman’s, if that’s an option.

I really enjoy Unibrou’s Ephemere. What a great apple style beer. Not at all overly sweet. Lots of good tartness and complexity.

An interesting fruit-infused brew but not something I’ll frequently be seeking out. It’s certainly accurate for what it claims to be, but take note, they do mean the tartest green apple flavor you can imagine. If you’re looking for the sweetness of a redder apple like a Fuji you’re going to be let down. This is the liquid form of the tartest green apple you’ve ever seen and if that’s your thing, this will be an enjoyable treat for sure.
